ORDER
This petition has been filed for transfer of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.13 of 2022 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District and to any competent Magistrate Court in Chennai.

The first petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The second and third petitioners are the brother and mother of the first petitioner. The petitioners are the respondents in the complaint lodged by the respondent in D.V.C.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District. The respondent is residing within the jurisdiction of the Thiruvannamalai District. Therefore, she lodged complaint and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District. 3.
The petitioners are being the respondents in the complaint lodged by the respondent, sought for transfer of entire proceedings to any other Court at Chennai. There is absolutely no ground to transfer the complaint to the Court at Chennai and this Court finds no merit in this petition.
