This petition is filed to call for records in Crime No.01 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, the investigation in this case is over and First Information Report was closed as mistake of law on 30.11.2015. The referred charge sheet in R.C.No.1 of 2015 and F.R.No.1 of 2015 was filed. 3.In view of the submission that the First Information Report was closed as mistake of law, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
