Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 5th respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members, consequently directing the 1 to 4 respondents to take necessary action against the 5th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2015 in accordance with law.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 5th respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members and to direct the 1 to 4 respondents to take necessary action against the 5th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has availed loan for the purchase of vehicle from the 5th respondent/SREI Equipment Finance Limited, Pondicherry Branch and he has committed default in making payment. Therefore, the said Company has given an advance intimation to the police and thereafter, they seemed to have seized the vehicle belong to the petitioner. Apart from that, there is no complaint against the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
