O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry/investigation in Cr.No.1468 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent with based on complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.11.2018 and to file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 12.01.2018, no final report has been filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
