Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Interim stay of the operation of the Order No. Che.Mu.Ka.No.:E1/14469/2021 dated 28.12.2021 passed by the First Respondent (in WMP.NO.1857 OF 2022) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.1714 OF 2022 and;

(ii) To grant an Order of Interim Direction to the Respondents not to allot the toilet space adjoining Plot No.179, D Street, JJ Nagar, Korukkupet, Chennai 600 021, to one else, or put up any construction therein, (in WMP.NO.1858 OF 2022) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.1714 OF 2022.

Order : These miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.HARIBABU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.S.PRABHU, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the 1st & 2nd Respondents and of MRS.C.SANGAMITHIRAI, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the 3rd & 4th Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- In view of the order of interim injunction passed by this Court, no orders are necessary in these petitions filed for grant of interim relief.
