Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as against the Judgment and decree dated 23.03.2004 passed in R.C.A.No.7 of 2003 on the file of the learned Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Ootacamund, reversing the fair and final order dated 16.12.2002 passed in R.C.O.P.No.20 of 2002 on the file of the learned District Munsif/Rent Controller, Ootacamund.

This Petition has been filed as against the Judgment and decree dated 23.03.2004 passed in R.C.A.No.7 of 2003 on the file of the learned Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Ootacamund, reversing the fair and final order dated 16.12.2002 passed in R.C.O.P.No.20 of 2002 on the file of the learned District Munsif/Rent Controller, Ootacamund.

2.The respondent died and the learned counsel for the petitioner taken steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondent. Though notice was sent to the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent, all the notices were returned as "Addressee left without instruction hence returned to the Sender". Further private notices sent to the legal heirs were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also returned. It shows that the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent left the premises, immediately after the death of the respondent.

3.Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the Civil Revision Petition, is so advised. No costs.
