(CRIME NO. 3096/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail condition imposed on the Petition / Accused report before the Theni Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by virtue order of this Hon'ble Court dated 23.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20619/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.RAMANA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Theni Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20619 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20619 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
