Pending appeal, the first and the second appellant died. The first appellant, who died on 04.02.2018, has represented by his son, who is the second respondent in the appeal. As far as the second appellant is concerned, he died on 23.07.2016, leaving behind the respondents 4 to 8. After the demise of the second appellant, the L.Rs. of the first appellant had taken out these applications to condone the delay caused to file the petition to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the L.Rs. of the deceased first appellant as appellants 3 to 5 and the L.Rs. of the deceased second appellant as respondents 4 to 8 and to implead one of the legal heir of the deceased first appellant as the third respondent, since she has not joined the appellants.
