The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to call for the entire records in Cr.No.421 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB EDF-I, TEAM-I, Vepery, Chennai-7 and quash the entire proceedings as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.3752 of 2020 before CCB Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
