(2D) No.31, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries (FS.2) Department, dated 24.03.2006, for promotion as Deputy Director of Fisheries in the appropriate place therein and to notionally promote him as such on par with him immediate junior with consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was not present at the hearing on 13.12.2024. At the next hearing on 20.12.2024, a request for adjournment was made. As a final opportunity, the case was listed today. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a communication from the petitioner accepting the proposed punishment and the recovery for a sum of Rs.50/- per month for six months from his pension.
