CRIME.NO.07 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition Para 6(b) in the above Crl.OP.No.20490/2020 dated 05.01.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASHPANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20490 of 2020, dated 05.01.2021.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20490 of 2020, dated 05.01.2021, is modified and the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
