Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19605 of 2020 dated 22/12/2020 on the file of this Hon'ble court that the petitioner should stay at Nagercoil and report before the Kottar Police Station Every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of D.GUBENDRA GUNABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Kottar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19605 of 2020, dated 22.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19605 of 2020, dated 22.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
