When the mater was taken up for hearing on 17.07.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not available to make his submissions through Video Conferencing. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 24.07.2020. Today also, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is not available to make his submissions.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from putting up garbage yard on 19,200 sq.ft. in CPS site in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey Nos.470, 432 and 469 situated at Ring Road Housing Sector Extension, Shanthi Colony Welfare Association No.171, Ring Road Housing Sector, Madavaram, Chennai-60 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2013.

3. Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the respondents have already shifted the Garbage yard to Zone II lorry station permanently. The respondents have also filed a counter in the year 2015, wherein in para 4 they have stated that they will shift the garbage to Zone II lorry station. Now the learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have already shifted the Garbage yard to Zone II lorry station permanently.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
