Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating the impugned order L&E.C.D.No.LE3/1969/2011 dated 14.07.2011 of the 1st Respondent and quash the same, and direct the 1st Respondent to place the matter before the council as assured in RDCHQ No.004648/2009 dated 22.05.2009 through the 3rd Respondent.
