A perusal of the records shows that the sole appellant died on 14.05.2013 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellant to implead the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. 2.In view of the above, the Second Appeal stands abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
