2.When the matter was called on 10.03.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post this matter today, i.e. 11.03.2020 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in the above said crime number is still pending.
