This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the Secretary dt 15.06.2007 issued by the 6th respondent,

quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 6 to reconstitute the selection committee in accordance with the University Grants Commission Notification , 200 and conduct the interview for the post of Principal of 6th respondent College.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
