This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in respect of the F.I.R. in Crime No.2/2012, dated 04.06.2012 on the file of the Respondent police in order to quash the same as false case.

2.When the matter was called on 10.03.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post this matter today, i.e. 11.03.2020 under the caption "For Dismissal". 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in the above said crime number is still pending.
