This application has been filed under Clause 14 of the Letters Patent, seeking to combine the cause of action under the Assignment of Entire World Satellite Rights through Agreement dated 25.06.2018 and Finance Agreement dated 09.07.2018.

2.In view of the fact that both the said agreements form a continuous series of transactions and evidence to be adduced to either establish or to negative the two agreements will be the same, this application is allowed. Permission is granted.
