Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 4th respondent dated 20.05.2019 having Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.583/E10/2018 in the case of the petitioner directing the 8th respondent to recover the incentive increment already granted to the petitioner with effect from 26.04.2015 for the M.Phil degree secured by he petitioner from Vinayaka Missions University and remit it to the Government Treasury and quash the same and consequently direct the 8th respondent to continue to pay the additional incentive of Rs.1180 per month in the salary to the petitioner for the M.Phil degree secured by the petitioner from the 7th respondent through part time regular class room course.
