detention order in Memo No.1240/BCDFGISSSV/2024, dated 12.12.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's sister namely Parvathi, W/o.David Thomas, aged about 36 years, the detenue, now confined in Special Prison for Women, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set her at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.443, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 30.01.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands
dismissed as infructuous.
