ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.62 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Salem and to quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that almost all the witnesses have been examined and the case is now at the stage of examination of the Investigation Officer.

3.In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this quash petition. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in CC.No.62 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
