Common Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned Award made in I.D.Nos.240, 241, 242 and 244 of 1999 dated 27.05.2004 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.
