The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge), Perambalur in MCOP No.1160 of 2015, dated 27.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the counsel for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and post the matter on 09.10.2020 for admission.
