ORDER

When the civil revision petition came up for hearing on 12.09.2022, there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence the Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption "for

dismissal' on 13.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, one Mr.S.Arunkumar (Enrollment No. 5013/2021), Advocate, representing the counsel on record for the revision petitioner sought adjournment on behalf of the revision petitioner. The civil revision petition is of the year 2020 and hence, this Court is not inclined to give any adjournment.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
