ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the writ petition was filed on 01.02.2021, several schemes have been issued, whereby, amnesty scheme has been given for filing returns belatedly.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks liberty to approach the respondent to work out his remedy within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in accordance with the Amnesty Scheme. The learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondent has no objection. Liberty is therefore granted to withdraw the present writ petition. The respondent shall dispose the proposed application of petitioner strictly in accordance with the Amnesty scheme.

3. This writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
