This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23678 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the final report is taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Tiruppur and after it is taken cognizance, the petitioner shall report everyday at 10.30 a.m., before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Tiruppur till it is committed to the Court of Sessions and after it is committed to the Court of Sessions every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, quite apart from Court hearing dates.
