This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report to the complainant investigative agency everyday at 10:00 a.m., till further orders in Cr.O.P.No.29139 of 2025 dated 09.12.2024 in remand report No.37 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.29139 of 2025 dated 09.12.2024., is modified to the effect that the petitioner sahll appearing before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
