JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgement and Decree dated 24.11.2009 passed in A.S.No.8 of 2008 on file of the Additional Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai, reversing the Decree and Judgement dated 28.09.2007 passed in O.S.No.493 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2. No representation for the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondents already reported no instructions. The matter has been listed repeatedly by accommodating the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant despite no arguments is advanced today.

3. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
