2. Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would state that the parties have reached settlement among themselves before the Mediation Centre and in that regard, the Mediation Report is also filed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The parties are directed to strictly comply with the Settlement Agreement arrived between themselves and the said Settlement Agreement shall form part of this order. No costs.
