This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 216 days in representing the CMA as against the award dated 14.11.2022 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.3037 of 2014 on the file of the (Special Sub Court No.I, Motor Accidents Claims Petitions), Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 216 days is condoned.
