ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 399 of I.P.C, in Crime No.17 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Totally there are 7 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is A6. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused prepared to committed dacoity. Hence the case came to be registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that all the arrested accused was enlarged on bail. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned additional public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused persons prepared to commit dacoity and some of the accused were still in jail. He would further submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submissions this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
