Therefore, the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the decision in the aforesaid writ petitions. 2.Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the order passed in W.P.Nos.4196 to 4200 of 2017 and W.P.Nos.14023 to 14027 of 2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
