1. The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, after some arguments, wants to withdraw this Writ Appeal, with a liberty to approach the Committee, constituted under Section 47AA of the Registration Act, by making a detailed representation, seeking for fixation of correct market guide line value for the flat purchased by the Appellant, which is in question. Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed, as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected WMPs are closed.
2. If any such representation is filed by the Appellant, the same shall be considered by the Committee, constituted under Section 47AA of the Registration Act, within a period of two months. (R.S.K.J.) & (S.S.A.J.) Srcm To
