( Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ) Monday, the Eighth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT THE HON`BLE MR.JUSTICE T.RAJA AND THE HON`BLE MR.JUSTICE J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD CMA.NO.201 OF 2020 D.KUMARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs K.GAYATHRI [ RESPONDENT ] Appeal against the Judgment and order passed in I.A.NO. 2 of 2019 O.P.NO.3828 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 13/12/2019 directing the Appellant/Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month along with a sum of Rs.25,000/-towards litigation expenses to the Respondent/Petitioner and the interim maintenance should be paid on or before 5th of every English calendar (In CMA.NO.201/2020) Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Monday, the Eighth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 28.01.
2020 and 01.07.2021 made in CMA.NO.201/2020 and letter dated 28.07.2021 and 24.02.2021 vide D.No.1761/2021 and 483/2021 from the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, this court made the following order:- [Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] This Court by order dated 01.07.2021 extended time till 31.10.2021 to dispose of the O.P. No.3828 of 2017, considering the request made by the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai vide letter dated 24.02.2021. But, the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, by letter dated 28.07.2021 addressed to the Registrar General of this Court, sought for further extension of four months time citing the reason that the Corona pandemic situation has delayed the matter. 2.
Considering the prevailing situation, this Court is inclined to give a final chance to the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to comply with the direction issued by this Court.

3.Accordingly, the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the said petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
