PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.11.2021 in W.P.No.2863 of 2020.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submits that the order of the writ court has been complied with. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature.
