O R D E R

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to make payments towards charges incurred for advertising the sale of the assets of the company in liquidation.

2.In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 20.01.2025. In the said report, the Official Liquidator has stated that a sum of Rs.11,264.52 and a sum of Rs.1,82,498/- were incurred towards advertising charges. Copies of the invoices and newspapers are annexed to the report. The funds position of the company in liquidation as on 31.12.2024 is mentioned in paragraph 4 of the report. On examining the funds position, it is clear that the company in liquidation has sufficient funds to defray the expenditure.

3. Therefore, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed in terms of prayer (b) of the Judge's summons.
