Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta No.1136 for the land in S.No.124/5E in the name of 3rd respondent and to grant the same in favour of the petitioner based on the petition dated 11.12.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the Patta No.1136 for the land in S.No.124/5E in the name of the third respondent and to grant the same in favour of the petitioner based on the petition dated 11.12.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
