This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.67 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences under Sections 380, 384, 420 r/w 34 I.P.C. as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) submitted that the FIR in Crime No.67 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed vide proceeding No.67/2015 as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
