2. The present C.M.P.No.1083 of 2022 is filed by the defendants 15 to 18 along with the legal heirs of the deceased S.Uma Devi (D-14) being the proposed parties (petitioners 5 to 10 herein), to bring on record the said legal heirs as parties in C.M.P.No.8060 of 2021 and A.S.No.875 of 2018.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.1083 of 2022 and also finding no serious objection from the respondents 1 to 3 herein (defendants 2, 13 and plaintiff), and the proposed parties being necessary parties for effective adjudication of the appeal, 1 / 3

C.M.P.No.1083 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the appeal papers and connected papers and list C.M.P.No.8060 of 2021 along with A.S.No.875 of 2018 on 07.02.2022.
