2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Respondents though served have not entered appearance.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1195 days.
