Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the joint patta's bearing Numbers 487, 1179, 851 in respect of property comprised in S.No.228, 226/2, 225/1c situated at Andi Thottam, Nallur Village, Tiruppur South Taluk, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District by considering representation dated 29.01.2018. Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 29.01.2018, wherein and whereby he sought for inclusion of his name in the joint pattas bearing Nos.487, 1179, 851 in respect of property comprised in S.No.228, 226/2, 225/1c situated at Andi Thottam, Nallur Village, Tiruppur South Taluk, Tiruppur District.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
