CRIME NO.2821 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(c) imposed in the order dated 21/12/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20438 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHAMED YASIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition in para 6(c) imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Sathuvachari Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20438 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20438 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020. is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
