ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order in G.O.Ms.61 Municipal Administration and Water Supply, dated 20.05.2019, thereby declaring the ward No.27 of Tambaram Municipality as General Category.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
