C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the order made in I.A. Nos.2 and 3 of 2021 in O.P. No.3590 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai, aggrieved by the order passed permitting the respondent to appear through Video Conferencing and permitting the respondent to be represented by her father as power agent.

2. During the course of submission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent who has been residing in United Kingdom has come down and she will be in India until the end of July 2023 and it is submitted that she is prepared to cooperate with the enquiry, if it is posted on a day-to-day basis and therefore sought for a direction for disposing of these Revisions. For which the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who has been insisting for the presence of the petitioner has agreed.

3. Considering the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are Page No.2/4

disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Family Judge, Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.3590 of 2019 along with the counter claim by posting the matter on a day-to-day basis if necessary and see that the enquiry of the petitioner and the respondent are completed by the end of July 2023. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
