This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 27.09.2023 in WP.No.27912 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in pursuant to the Order of this Court, the proposal sent by the second respondent to the first respondent is considered and Order has been passed in Letter No.22673/Ser.8(2)/2018/11 dated 05.02.2024. The Letter is also filed before this Court.
