ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15958 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22968 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15958 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22968 of 2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
