This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the respondents herein to further investigate the case in Cr.No.198 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned additional public prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the Trial was already commenced and PW1 to PW3 was already been examined. At this stage break up trial it would not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.198 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police.
4. In view of that, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
