ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondent herein to register the case of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2021 in C.S.R.No.300 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that, he lodged a complaint dated 10.08.2021 before the respondent police for which C.S.R.No.300 of 2021 was assigned. The petitioner is not aware about the stage of the enquiry. Hence the petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.300 of 2021 was assigned. He further submitted that, the petitioner as well as the counter complainant were called for enquiry and finding that the issue involved is Civil in nature, the respondent has closed the complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and thereafter, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is . disposed of.
