Criminal Original Petition No.11545 of 2015 filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent authorities to give police protection to the petitioner to carry out the constructional activities in respect of the property situated at Ward K, Blcok 56, T.S.No.94/4, 775 & 776 (Old) and new T.S.Nos.46 to 90 & T.S.No.107 to 128 situated at No.291 - Thottipalayam Village, Royapuram Extension, Tiruppur and Tiruppur District.
Criminal Original Petition No.6111 of 2017 filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and to the property comprised in Old S.F.No.601, New S.F.No.755, T.S.No.648, Tharam Rs.4.00 in which P.A.4.94 and Old S.F.No.602 New S.F.No.756, T.S.No.651, P.A.4.55, Tharam Rs.5.11.0 in which P.A.2.15 1/2 and hence, totally measuring P.A.14.19 in which half share of P.A.7.9 1/2 of land and well situated in S.F.601 and now the property situated in Ward, Old Patta No.328, New Patta No.10701, K Block 56 New T.S.No.46 to 128 all other appurtenants therein situate at Thottipalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur Registration District.

It appears that there is a civil dispute between the parties. That apart, a charge sheet has also been filed, challenging which, opposite party has filed a quash petition.
2. In view of the above, no direction can be given to the police to give protection to either parties. However, the respondents police shall ensure that there is no law and order problem in that area.
Hence, these petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
